In a further move by the BBA to improve its client interaction, Gary Dicker is our Head of Client Accounts.
Previously Gary was an Area Business Manager for the South East but in this newly created role he is responsible for developing consistently high levels of trust and client satisfaction through the efficient management and mentoring of his team of Account Managers.
He is also be tasked with identifying new commercial opportunities for the BBA as well as managing and maximising the take-up of the BBA’s new Annual Maintenance Fee payment system which helps clients spread payments over a year to ease their cash flow and provide them with considerable savings.
Reporting directly to the BBA’s Chief Executive, Claire Curtis-Thomas, he supports her in the development of strategies to increase sales, market share and efficiency. In addition, he ensures our clients are aware of the full range of products and services available to them.
